The capstone includes (a) Developing Interview questions (i.e., preparing specific, open-ended, content driven, quality robust questions directly related to course content); (b) Interviewing a lawyer of your choosing; (c) Reading research studies in order to remain current (i.e., you will review professional journals and identify at least one recent (within THREE years) research article related to counseling ethics. The article must be about research and identify a population, sample/participants, methodology, results, and limitations to the research study, discussion, and recommendations. An article on a discussion or point of view is not acceptable. Use the summary of the article (including the population, sample/participants, methodology, results, discussion, and recommendations, as part of the capstone.
