With such a huge demand, at times these facilities are unable to adequately attend to each need in this diverse population. This is where you, as an ANEW grant student, come in. You are tasked to create a quality service inquiry (needs assessment).

After conducting your surveysLinks to an external site., you will then create a report of your findings which will include a detailed professional suggesting or action plan. Formulate a needs assessment that incorporates public health data (cite two or more academic resources), identifies potential threats to equality, inclusion, or justice for the training site community Research the problem and propose an evidence-based, practical, and culturally competent intervention. You will submit all your surveys and your "quality care" action plan in a PDF form.
